Projects

I developed these tools to address practical needs in my own work. I make them freely available to broaden access to useful software and help others with tasks often addressed through commercial services.

PickaWhen

PickaWhen makes it easier to coordinate meetings when people have different schedules. Create a poll with possible dates and share a link so participants can indicate their availability. The results help you find a time that works for the group.

You can also offer appointments for people to book, or create sessions with a fixed number of places. Waiting lists and cancellation links help you manage changes. This is useful for office hours and workshops, as well as everyday meetings. The tool is free for personal and everyday scheduling, and sign-in is optional.

MathFromLLM

MathFromLLM turns text and formulas copied from large language models, such as ChatGPT or Claude, into Word documents with editable equations. Paste a model's response with its accompanying text and formulas. A formatted preview lets you inspect the equations and surrounding explanation before you export the result.

Download a Word document with editable equations, so you can revise the notation and use the material in teaching or research drafts. You can also copy the formatted content. The tool is free to use, requires no account and adds no watermark.
